Build a Practice Ecosystem You Own
Avoid Multiple Subscription Fees. Maintain Your System for $30 per month.
A course, not a tour. In 100 minutes I teach you how to build the system I built for my own practice — every portal, how they connect, and the exact method I used with AI. You leave able to start on Monday.
Save my seatYour practice runs on too many disconnected tools. Here is the one system I built to replace them.
Patient details get typed into one system, then typed again into another. Ad spend is in one place, bookings in a second, income in a spreadsheet at month end. When a month goes badly, nobody can say why.
Now the practice runs on one system.
- Enter once. Patient details flow from the forms to the diary to the invoice.
- See everything. Ad spend, new patients, sessions per patient and income per patient sit in one dashboard, connected to Google Ads and Facebook. When a number dips, you can see where and why.
- Let the website work. An assistant answers questions and sends people to book. It saved over $1,000 on its own.
The result
Month-end in 15 minutes
Down from three hours.
No monthly accounting fees
That line is gone.
$400 a month into ads
Redirected into Google and Facebook instead.
I am not a developer. I am a hand therapist who wanted to know where the practice stood and how it could grow. I built all of it working with AI.
In this session you get the blueprint for your own practice
- How to build it, step by step.
- What to track once it is running.
- How the pieces fit together, shaped around how you work.
THE BLUEPRINT
Two ways in, one path through
Some find me through the website; others phone or email the practice. Both reach the same portal, and from there nothing is typed twice. On the day I show you how each piece is built.
WHAT IT IS MADE OF
Six portals, and you own all of them
No stack of monthly subscriptions, and no platform holding your patients. Each portal is yours, and each one feeds the next.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO READ
Income, Expenses, Growth
Five figures that tell you where your practice stands and where it can go next. None of them needs a complicated system — they need the right numbers in one place, once a month.
COURSE OUTLINE
Eight modules, in build order
Each one is a piece you go and build.
- 1 · Why your numbers matter — income, expenses, growth.
- 2 · The whole system at a glance.
- 3 · Enter it once — forms, diary, invoices, accounting.
- 4 · From ad to patient — what a lead and a patient really cost.
- 5 · Your growth plan — before you spend more or open a second practice.
- 6 · The dashboard — and how to read a dip.
- 7 · Rewards within HPCSA rules.
- 8 · Direct the build yourself — the ground rules and the briefs.
A course in how to build it, not a tour of what I made.
Shown with demo data. No real patients or practice figures on screen.
Save my seatTHE PART NOBODY TEACHES
Exactly how I direct the AI
The method, not a demo.
- The six ground rules I paste into every build.
- How to brief it so it understands your practice.
- The five briefs, written and ready to fill in.
- How to make it prove its work instead of trusting it.
- How to get steps you can actually follow.
- The four mistakes that cost me time.
You do not need to code. You need to know what to ask for, and when to say no.
Save my seatTHE OBVIOUS QUESTION
Can't I just ask AI to build this myself?
Yes. AI wrote every line of my system — I have never written code. That was never the hard part.
- That it should be one database and not four, or the same patient gets typed in four times anyway.
- That changes must only ever add, never alter — so the invoicing you depend on cannot break while you are still experimenting.
- Which five numbers to track, decided before anything was built to show them.
- That your marketing list must not be able to see clinical records, and how to enforce that rather than just intend it.
- When the answer that looks right is wrong, and how to make it prove its work instead of trusting it.
None of that is in the question. All of it is in the answer.
If you already know these things, you do not need this session — go and build it, and you will do well. If you do not, you will find them out slowly, the way I did. That is what the 100 minutes is for.

What you get
The live session and the replay
Watch live, or catch up when it suits you.
The ecosystem blueprint
A one-page PDF showing how the pieces fit, from a patient's first form to the monthly numbers and the growth plan.
The Practice Numbers Tracker
A spreadsheet that works out five numbers for your practice from a few figures a month. It comes with a demo version filled with invented figures, so you can see it working first.
Five AI build briefs
Your dashboard, entering details once, ad spend to patients, email and consent, and the go-live checklist — written out, with blanks for your details and the ground rules at the top of each one.
A 30-day start plan
What to do first, second and third.
A monthly ads review checklist
Including how to spot ad tracking that has quietly stopped counting your results.
Who it is for, and what it is not
This session is for anyone running a private practice in allied health — physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hand therapy, speech therapy, podiatry, biokinetics, dietetics, psychology. The problem is the same in all of them: too many disconnected tools, and no clear view of your own numbers. It suits you whether you already run a practice or are planning to open one.
I am a hand therapist, so my examples come from my practice. Nothing I show you is specific to hands.
It is not a clinical session, and it does not teach a treatment technique. It is not a software product that I am selling. You do not need any technical background, because I do not have one either.
ABOUT
Robyn Midgley
I am Robyn Midgley, a specialist hand therapist with 25 years of clinical experience, based at Houghton Medical Suites, Johannesburg. I teach the CMMS technique to therapists around the world through CMMS Online, and I built CMMSPro.AI, an AI clinical reasoning mentor for the stiff hand. My published work includes an article in the Journal of Hand Therapy and two book chapters.
You already have the hard part
Twenty-five years of clinical judgement is the thing that cannot be bought or automated. What most practices are missing is not skill — it is knowing their own numbers, and a system that stops the same details being typed four times.
I built mine for about $30 a month, with no developer and no technical background. On 21 November I will show you exactly how, and give you the tools to do it in your own practice.
